Bundu Power Dreadfull
Reading review after review has just confirmed my position in Bundu Power. Bundu Power has no after sales service and is extremely hard to get a hold of once you have a problem with their product, which we had from day one after buying a R50000 solar pump. You get the feeling that they try there utmost not to be helpfull. We have had losses on our 400 head cattle farm due to no water because of their non existing after sales. They are very nonchalant about your situation as a customer and just pull up their shoulders. After 3 months we have decided to give back their pump with a loss of 20% (R10 000) they insist on. Stay clear from Bundu Power if you dont want to loose your money, rather try Cedar Solar, excellent after sales, superior product, more cost effective.

07 Dec 2020, 11:23The pump was replaced twice without any question as you said it did not work. When a representative went to the farm it was found the installation was poorly done. We have been in constant contact with you regarding this issue and attempted to find a solution. We have even loaned you a pump to test.

The pump was not replaced twice. It was not even replaced once! We have a old 'loan pump' until you finally admitted there was a problem.
We are in contact with the representative. The instalation is perfect.
I traveled 1200km in total for your mistake. You do not want to solve the problem because (and i quote) you feel "unfairly treated" because we are unhappy about your service.
We have cattle using water from your old loan pump so we cant pull it up, drive 250km, swap pumps and then install the "new fixed broken pump". The cattle will go thirsty as they did the first round. We have asked you to let us change the pumps and then bring your old pump back for the sake of the animals. You refused. If it was our fault I could understand, but it is you R50 000 pump that has not been working from day 1.

Still no problems with Cedar Solar pump. It guves 1200lt more per hour for the same price as Bundu Pump that only gave problems. I confronted Garth for there lies and BS they wrote on the reviews and no service and poor quality pump. He had no answer or apology for there reckless comments and only blamed Nick the owner. Stay away from Bundu. Search Cedar Solar
