Bundu Power - Beware of products.

Bought a brand new 50KVA generator from Bundu Power in October. They supp**** and fitted the unit to a double axel trailer. We sent our driver to collect in JHB and bring back to Cape Town which cost us thousands alone. We bought the generator to support two businesses. The first time we needed the generator it turned on but no power from generator to bulding. We had to urgently rent a generator as it was for an event. That cost us a couple thousand rand. We reported issue to Bundu but at the end of the day had to hire someone from another generator company to assist. We eventually found out that the PLC ( Electronic display etc ) was faulty and had to be replaced. We had to pay a seperate company to run around and get the part and fit it. Not sure how the generator was tested when assemled in JHB but it came here faulty. We used the generator maby 3 or 4 times and then one of the wheels started coming off the trailer. After numerous back and forth with Bundu Power they arranged someone to replace the axel of the trailer. During this time we had to rent a generator again. Saturday 17 December I get a call from staff to say there is diesel pouring out the generator and all over the road. Again we had to rent a generator costing us thousands on a Saturday night. Just had another generator company here now and they found a hole in a fuel pipe. They replaced the pipe and tested the generator. Then they noticed that the radiator is dripping and told us the radiator is leaking. The entire bottom of the inside of the generator is just covered in diesel and coolent. I have now had to rent a generator for rest of December that is basically going to wipe out any profits we may make. Bundu Power has a WhatsApp that does reply and they told me Saturday soemone would come back to me. Still waiting 3 days later. They have a technical line as well but when calling the gents suggestion regarding the diesel leaking was " Replace it with similar pipe " ? Bundu has cost me thousands and there is no backup on the product so please be aware. Dealing with them has cost me thousands and all I have is a R 200 000plus NEW generator just standing in my wharehouse while Im renting reliable ones.
