Bad service from Bundu power

Bought a sunsync inverter from the ask them to deliver to which they rep**** it is a seperate invoice I asked for the invoice no reply, send Michael Anderson a mail asking again. Then he replies they do not deliver and that was in the mail that he send. To which I rep**** I know you informed me but you mentioned that there is delivery but it is extra so send me a invoice. I will now arrange for my own collection but they lost me as I client. Sales person is not customer friendly and look as if he is doing me a huge favour by selling anything to me.
