Bad attitude in support of there products

I purchase a 11kVA diesel generator from ACDC their agent in Herm****. After operating 99 hours the engine failed which was replaced but I was liable for the transport costs to Johannesburg, The alternator then failed after working after 379 operating hours at my expense. I sent emails to Bundu power and and got a response after 4 weeks saying it was out of warranty and I must expect alternators to fail as they are like light bulbs. As I was not satisfied with the response I rep**** with no answer.
