Bad after sale service

Bad after service. Not prepaired to honour gaurentees. Batterys were bought from them. batteries went faulty within gaurentee period. Batteries were returend as they have to return it to the supplier for testing. After a couple off days we emailed then to get update when they reply that they have tested the batteries themself aswell as the supplier and cant find anything wrong. When collecting the batteries and asking them for the test report they admit they didnt test it themself but the supplier did but did not send a test report. We take the batteries to the supplier our selfs where they confirm that the batteries were never been tested by them. Uppon testing the batteries they found one battery to be faulty and cause the battery bank to fail. A test report were supp**** from the supplier which means that there were no effort from Bundu Power to resolve the problem. Definitely lost a customer.
