Bad service

I recently booked at Bundu lodge, I paid online and sent proof of payment, they refused me to check in claiming my payment will only reflect the next day. It us over 2 weeks and still fighting for my money back. No one bothers to attenc to my quieries. They are so unproffessional and arrogant . Customer care is very poor. I will never ever recommend anyone to this lodge.
