Most Pathetic Service Ever!

<p>So at the beginning of this month,actually the 30th of May,I paid for my next bundle box subscription,got the proof of payment and everything,on the first of the month they sent me an email saying my payment is due,when I mailed them back to tell them I have paid they took days to reply just to tell me they have not received my payment as yet.. I then sent them proof of payment and they told me that they sent it to the finance team and will let me know "soonest" if they got it. I will admit that I may have put the wrong reference number for this month,but I did notify them as soon as I discovered that I did and yet it still made no difference.. I have sent multiple emails telling them how pathetic and unprofessional their service has been to me and yet I'm still to receive an email from them.. I have now cancelled my orders and would very much appreciate it if they could reply so I can get my refund.. I am truly and utterly disappointed in their lack of etiquette and professionalism and would never recommend them to anybody.</p>
