And it happens afain

I ordered flowers to be deliverred for valentines day almost two weeks before valentines day. I found out that the flowers had not been deliverred. First I phoned and spoke to Lienkie, although she swears hi and low I did not speak to her. Instead she is hiding behind Danel. My wife and I know Danel very well we have been regular customers for more than two years. Anyway, she never returned my call and after work I went round to the store. I was refunded my money but the way in which it was handled, almost like I was at fault and they were doing me a favour to forgive my mistake. I have never been so embaressed in my life, I have been married for five years and this is the first, year I have not sent my wife flowers for valentines day! Buyer beware!! These guys dont care!!
