<p>I arranged flowers for my daughter and son-in-law for the birth of my grandson. Elia at Bunches Flowers provided practical advice and kept me up to date when she could not source the turquoise ribbon that I requested.</p> <p>And, when the flowers were delivered, the deliveryman came looking for me in the waiting room to let me know that he had left the flowers in the ward.</p> <p>The flowers were fresh and well arranged.</p>
