Bunchoballoons as advertised on DSTV

As per the ad on the children's channels on DSTV, I ordered 2 sets of bunchoballoons via the website [URL Removed] .I placed the order in early October (before the 3rd). The site stated that 3 to 4 weeks were required for shipping, and that your account would only be debited once shipped. Due to the fact that my card was immediately debited with R319 I assumed that delivery would take place within a maximum of four weeks. I am still waiting for delivery on today the 19th of November and have yet to receive any form of invoice/SMS/Email or telephone call. Their are no contact details on the website thus I have no way of contacting them directly. I don't know of any other person that has had problems with this, but do feel that the onus is on DSTV to contact the supplier as this could be construed as irresponsible advertising.
