PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took my bakkie to Bumper Clinic and I was supposed to get it back 2 days later. No one bothered to inform me that it was taking longer than anticipated, I waited 7 days for it only to find it not 100% done. I was understanding. When I got home I did a minor assessment on the car and picked up a few more things which had not been addressed. I texted the owner about my concerns, a day later he still hasn’t responded. The worst thing is that the reverse gear which I have never had problems with is no longer working so basically the car is undriveable.
