Service excellence beyond my expectations

I am absolutely blown away by the service I've received from Bumbo SA. I am a mom of twins and purchased two Bumbo seats together with the matching tables and play trays. After a few months we noticed a tear at the bottom of the Bumbo and it didn't seem to bother us much. Now that it tore inside I thought that a bit odd and phoned Bumbo SA. Spoke to Anelda who asked me to send photos via email which I did... Within half an hour I was contacted by Mari. My entire query was resolved within a few hours and will have a replacement Bumbo sent on collection of my faulty one. Not only is the service out of this world, the product itself is amazing. Our twins love their Bumbo's and with such product excellence it really gives a mom piece of mind. A huge thank you and keep up the amazing service! If I could give 10 stars I would!
