No response from TC

Towards end of last year I complained about bumbles food I bought for my baby (as some the lids did not pop when opening the first time). <br> TC was quick to respond to me via a text message and even promised to send me a hamper as a compliment. I have since waited for that hamper and it's almost March 2016 now and am still waiting...<br> Wonder what happened!
