Bumba Signs = Bumba ****s

Bumba signs is a printing company. I placed an order for 500 business cards on Monday, for collection today ( Thursday) at 16:00. I paid for 500 business cards and two hours before collection I was informed that they will unfortunately not be able to assist me because their designer's were overloaded. I asked for a refund and escalated the matter to the owner who informed me that he would only authorise a refund the following week Monday.

I am really not impressed. They took my money, are holding me at ransom and yet are refusing to render a service.
