Exploitation of woman

I am shocked and overwhelmed with disgust. This Restaurant The Beluga in Cape Town is situated in a area of Cape Town that is close to the Waterfront. The Beluga does not pay the Hostesses for the first three days. The Beluga says this is the norm in Cape Town. In fact some restaurants on the Waterfront do not pay for an entire week while the Hostesses are on trial. This is blatant exploitation, of woman. The Beluga and all restaurants who do this should be held accountable. The labour law is clear. The worker must recieve pay for every hour they work.
