NEVER RECEIVED GOODS!

Ordered online and even spoke to louis personally who kept telling me that he will send the product when he gets the next stock. it is now 6 months later and he keeps promising to refund my money, which also never happens. when i check my order online, it still says pending. this business should be closed!
