Worst Moving Company Ever

I have booked this company to help with my move more than a month in advance, paying more than the required deposit. I was promised a closed, 5 ton truck that will arrive at 7:30. When they eventually pitched at 8:45 on the 17th of December 2015, it was in a small truck and open tailor. The truck could not be switched off as it was broken!!. (This was confirmed by the driver after i have asked him why the truck has to stay idle.) It was clear that my move will not fit into the truck and trailer. Paul that said it's 'OK if they make 2 or 3 trips'. I was not willing to take this risk in a broken truck on open trailer with rain imminent. I then send them away and was given the assurance from Lettie (the operator at the office) that my deposit will be paid back still that week. Not only have i not received my deposit, non of their phone numbers are working and mail is not being answered.
