VERY VERY BAD MOVING COMPANY!

I would like to warn everyone that even think of using this useless company to move, to re-think. I hired them to do my move from a 2 bedroom flat. I was quoted R1500 for a 3 ton truck to do my move. They said they would arrive on Saturday 29 August 2015 at 9h00 am. They never pitched. After calling Paul so many times and getting excuses everytime like we will be there in 30 min and we got lost etc. they pitched up at 18h00 pm on Saturday afternoon with a Hyundai type bakkie and a trailer (not the 3 ton truck as promised). After loading 3/4 of my flat, I was told that I now owe them R2000.00 as they have to make another trip. They refused to offload my stuff if I did not pay them beforehand. They broke a new box of glasses as they eventually downloaded the stuff and damaged my fridge. I claimed the damages from them and was now informed that I must pay their insurances excess. What a joke! They damage your stuff and you need to pay!
