UNRELIABLE EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NO ON TIME DELIVERY NO COMMUNICATION as promised on their website, ONLY EMPTY PROMISES! I selected this company on the promise that they can make my deadline for collection in Cape Town and delivery in Gauteng as we are relocating and starting new jobs today. I was promised in writing delivery Saturday last week. Now I have been told maybe Thursday. In the interim I had to source accommodation and had to go and buy clothes as I only packed 3 overnight sets of clothes. All I get is "I am so sorry". Quick to demand your payment.

04 Jun 2021, 13:243 June at 17h30 we received our furniture/goods. Mr Paul Thomson pulled out all the stops to ensure delivery yesterday. We are truely thankful. My final comment on Bulls Removals, is that they are extremely keen to be of service and that might be their biggest challenge. They should rather give realistic expectations to their customers regarding lead times. Some staff did not communicate very well, but Mr Thomson was excellent with his communication and keeping us upto date. Pitty, I discovered him so late in the process. All the staff I communicated with was respectful.
