Unaccountable and shocking service

Service started off fantastic and then when my furniture was delivered 3 wicker dining chairs were missing. The company calls you before delivery to rush the offload due to having to get to the next appointment. I signed the delivery note but could only check all items once they left. We found the chairs missing and called them about 45min after they left. After 2 1/2 weeks of no accountability I called and they said it’s not there problem I signed the delivery note. With 3 witnesses to the missing chairs and no accountability taken, I would never recommend this company at all.
