THE WORST REMOVAL COMPANY IN SA!!

Working with this company has honestly been the worst experience ever!!

We came to an agreement for a set price to fetch my good on 29 April at 1 PM. On the day I waited until 11 PM before they told me they were no longer coming that day. They only arrived the following day and loaded my furniture on a H100 bakkie with a trailer (not a truck) and said it would be wrapped at the warehouse, loaded on a truck, and arrive in EL by Sunday (2 May).

I spent the next 2 weeks reaching out to ask where my furniture was without receiving feedback or a single courtesy call. My good finally left CPT and the nightmare got worse!!

When the goods arrived my double door fridge had 2 major dents in front, my wooden dining room had scratches and chips all over, and a luggage bag was missing all because the furniture was never wrapped or covered.

To top it all off they held my couch and fridge hostage and demanded I pay an additional R3000.00 more on the original quote or they would not offload my furniture. I refused and after a 2 hour back and forth, I decided to call the police in East London who arrived and finally remove the furniture they refused to give to me.

Do yourself a favour, pay the extra buck and stay as far away as possible from Bull Removals!
