Stay away from Bulls Removals unless you are a glutton for punishment!

Whatever you do, trust the negative reviews regarding Bulls, as well as Zacks Transport. As such, you would be doing so for your own good! There are way too many similar negative reviews regarding Bulls. I dealt with Zacks Transport who gave my furniture to Bulls to transport to PTA without my knowledge thereof... not until it was too late. This company, work together with Johan from Zacks Transport who produced **** papers, as proof of insurance, but have failed to honor any claim whatsoever regarding my damaged furniture. They literally desecrated my items, which were thrown around and mishandled. I have video footage, as well as photos. Happy to share, if you enclose your details, or you may contact me directly if you would like me to share video footage of my furniture strewn all over the street in such a disrespectful manner. My leather lounge suite (written valuation of R150k) is so damaged, brand new headboard torn and broken, broken glassware, furniture pieces bashed and split open. They did not tell me that they were doing a share load, mixing my belongings with other people's belongings. To create space, they placed heavy items on my chairs which caused permanent indentations and tears. Zacks said that my furniture would be transported in a closed truck, but Bulls also used a trailer due to the shared load. It started raining & they removed my curtains from their plastic, to use as a sail. Curtains arrived filthy & with blood stains. These people post their own positive reviews, also using family and friends to do so. The honest reviews are all the negative ones. I have opened ******** charges against the two companies for ***** and damages to property, which is malicious since they tried to ****** more money from me once my furniture was enroute to PTA and I refused. Opening a case with the National Consumer Council as well. Do NOT hand over your loved, personal possessions to these ************ people who have no respect for other peoples belongings. Trying to reason with the owner is like hitting your head against a brick wall.
