Spare yourself the frustration

<p>I received various quotes for moving my home. Bulls came in as one of the more affordable companies, that had a quick response time, and what seemed like a reasonable operation. Perhaps in my haste to finalise my arrangements I missed one or two cues of what was to ensue. In the end my quote was adjusted from an initial 1500 to 1700 and then by my election to add mattress covers, it landed up at 1950.</p> <p>Much of my stuff that I had listed in the inventory list was never loaded, resulting in me making extra trips with another vehicle thereafter. Their argument, I paid for a 4 ton truck regardless of the inventory list which was supp**** to them before finalising the quote, (and the quote was adjusted up and agreed on thereafter). There is also the fact that I paid for mattress covers which I never received, and to which I am in dispute for refund.</p> <p>They also broke my kist, and the glass to one of my side-tables. One of their staff also put my microwave down on it's side instead of upright (surely after several moves they should know which side of the microwave is up?)</p> <p>I highly recommend saving yourself the frustration and find yourself another removal company.</p>
