****MED BY BULLS REMOVALS!!

I moved from Pietermaritzburg end of May 2020, My stuff was supposed to be collected on Thursday night, the driver that came was incredibly rude!!! and only came at 11pm while I have been promised that the truck will arrive at 11am. The truck finally came the next morning at 8am the quote that was given to me changed immediately when all my stuff was loaded, I had to add more 4k that was even planned for. When I was an hour from Pretoria (where I am moving to) I called the driver and he tells me my furniture has gone to storage, this was never communicated to me and I called Paul the owner who tells me that he forgot to mention that. for 3 full days I waited for my things and only getting excuses. Finally when I received my things they were some broken and some missing. Paul told me that he has insurance but I have to pay 10%, I tried to reason with him seeing that I he never mentioned this also. He then said amongst the lost or broken this a stand mirror which we both agreed that we will try to buy and pay 50%. Paul thinking he is clever, bring a very small mirror that looks very cheap compared to my beautiful expensive mirror and he tells me it is R3600, I told him I cannot accept ha and he said he will sell it and show me proof of payment. till today I am still waiting. Bulls removal are ******* dressed as business men who will take your furniture and go unpack it at some storage then choose what they like and bring the left overs. How else will a mirror get lost? why not go to other clients to see if was mix up? I tried to support his business but I got ****MED!!!!
