Mixed service

This service started out good. I moved from Pretoria to George.

I booked the appointment, and all looked set - and at a good price (Positive 1). On moving day, they only arrived at 10h30 as opposed to the promise of between 8 and 9. (Negative 1). By midday, I realized that the truck isn't big enough. The manged to arrange another truck to pick up the rest of the stuff. (Positive 2) The promise of arriving at 18h00, turned out to be only by 19h30. (Negative 2). But we managed to load everything.

The unloading was supposed to happen 2 days later, but only happened 3 days later (Negative 3). Added to that, all my stuff wasn't on the load. (Negative 4)

At that stage I realized that I missed a cabinet in the back of my yard. The arranged to pick it up for minimal cost (Positive 3). The cabinet was delivered a few days later.

At the moment the rest of my load is STILL not delivered (2 months later), and it seems like the stuff is "lost" (Negative 5). I'm at the point of issuing an insurance claim. The are VERY slow with their replies (Negative 6), and it is SO difficult to get an proper reply from them at this stage.

So that is the situation - 3 positives and 6 negatives.
