Late Delivery & **** ETAs
I spoke to Paul and Promise at Bulls Removals. I was assured that I would get my delivery on time, Instead I Got my delivery a week late and got given **** locations to keep me quiet and then also been told that COD, this was not true... I was also threatened to not get my delivery if not paid and this at 7pm on a Saturday night.
Their website states the following which I did not receive AT ALL: * 5 star service * Live tracking * SMS/EMAIL alerts * ETAs * On-time deliveries
Bulls Removals is also not their real name... They are registered under EXCUSS LOGISTICS.
I would not recommend this company.

We regret miscommunication as we require payment on pickup. After you failed to pay on pickup our driver was very nervious when you said you would not pay that delayed the delivery till late.
Our manager has granted you a 15% back for delaying your delivery as a gesture of apology. We know this will not not fully compensate the inconvenience - we are sorry.
