I was very disappointed with the service I received from Bulls Removal Company but they attempted to sort out the communication post drop off. The communication from their side was poor — a very late pickup. I had to constantly follow up, and there was no clear feedback or updates from them. They however eventually refunded me R250, for dents my fridge got during their move. Even though it was wrapped. I have to get vinyl paper now for my fridge, which isnt cheap either. In addition, I mentioned that the ironing board was marked as “delivered,” but we never received it. So, I am letting it go since it might have been gone missing. Overall, the experience was stressful, the communication was bad, and the damages were not fairly compensated. I spoke to them and they promised they will improve their service. So, I am taking their word for it. Thank you.
