I used this company for a move from Boksburg to Pietermaritzburg. While my furniture arrived safely and at an affordable price, the communication was poor. They scheduled pickup for 10 AM but arrived at 3 PM, causing delays. They also didn’t inform me that delivery would take multiple days. I expected same day arrival, which was frustrating. My furniture only arrived on Tuesday afternoon. That said, nothing was lost or damaged, and the pricing was reasonable. I’d use them again, but they need to improve communication and set clear expectations to avoid customer frustration.
