I transported my fridge, washing machine and a bed from Cape Town to East London

I transported my fridge, washing machine and a bed from Cape Town to East London. Upon unpacking my stuff, I found my wadhing machine broken, the whole drum is sitting at the bottom, it seems like it had falled. I am contacted the office and they asked me to get someone to check it at my cost. When plugging in the fridge, the fridge wouldn't power, it looks like the cables were removed and evertime we plugged it it, the electricity box trips off. I had to pay an electrician to fix the cables and put them in order. I don't what they had but they have caused a lot of damage, I regret trusting them with my furniture.
