Great Team

I found Bulls Removals on Google and was impressed by some of their reviews. Coincidentally, my ***orker also used them previously and said they were great. For the day of move, I worked with Anna and her team. From the word go, I was highly impressed by how fast yet careful and efficient they were in moving our things. E.g. those creating handles out of packing tape to lug our heavy mattress; how they repurposed the bottom of our wood table to carry more boxes; and more! Moving day always feels stressful. And of course for us, we ran into a major hiccup when we got to our new place. The elevator was broken and we live on the top floor. We knew maintenance was coming to fix it but not until another couple of hours. Because it would be 10x faster to move by elevator, Bulls Removals team agreed to wait (while I frantically made calls to try to hurry the situation). Not ONCE did they rush us or add more stress to our situation. In fact, they did the opposite and made us feel so assured and even offered solutions/options to consider. Eventually the issue was resolved and boom! They got all of our stuff up in a snap. My partner and I could not be happier with the BEYOND 5-STAR service by bulls removals. I am so incredibly grateful that we picked bulls removals, and have already raved about them to all of my friends.
