Duck 'n dive

When using a company's service, one expects things to go well. But when they don't, then the true measure of that business gets tested. I'm here not so much to complain about the minor items broken or missing (even these were not addressed) but been stalled and given the runaround, hoping i would just go away. I told them there was a 50 meter steep drive up which the goods would need to be carried, and this was factored into the quote, but the truck squeezed through the gate and came in, doing thousands of rands damage to the driveway. Thanks for nothing Paul. I'll certainly spread the word that Affordamove is a better option.
