Do not recommend ! 07/03/2021

Horrible experience. My items arrived 6 days late, without apology or any legitimate excuse. The customer service was non-existent, no one would answer calls, SMS, whats-app, nothing (at a stage I was convinced they were just not going to arrive). All good with promises, with no results to show. I would highly recommend not using this company's services if you would like your items to arrive safely and on time. I would also recommend looking at their Facebook reviews which seemed to show more accurate experiences. It seems as if they always operate in such ways. Rather pay the extra cash and use a more reputable company. Sad to see how some companies can actually operate in such a fashion.
