DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!!

My experience with your service was quite disappointing. When I provided the drop-off address, you quoted me for a location that you do not enter, without informing me.

Subsequently, you chose an alternative location for me to collect my belongings but refused to reimburse the difference for transport to the original drop-off address.

Additionally, there were minor issues including a missing broom and a deep scratches on the fridge despite the so called charged "bubble wrap."
