Disappointing Experience with Bulls Removals

I recently hired Bulls Removals to transport furniture from KZN to the Western Cape, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Initial Pickup The process began smoothly. My belongings, including a bed, 10 boxes, and an aerial rig, were collected without any issues. I signed off on the items loaded, trusting the company to handle them responsibly.

Lack of Communication Once my items were picked up, communication ceased. Despite multiple promises of live updates via WhatsApp or email (as advertised on their website), we received no alerts or progress updates. Instead, we had to repeatedly call for information, only to be met with inconsistent and misleading responses.

Delivery Problems When the delivery finally occurred, it became evident that my items had been mishandled: • Missing Items: My aerial rig was not delivered. Despite it being listed on the signed collection slip, the company denied responsibility and claimed it was not accounted for. • Damaged Goods: The boxes arrived in a terrible state—torn, water-damaged, and clearly mishandled. One box containing my books was soaked in water, leaving the contents completely ruined and mouldy. It was obvious my belongings had been neglected from the start.

Unprofessional Conduct To date, there has been no resolution or effort to locate my missing aerial rig. The company has shown no remorse or accountability for their poor service.

Final Thoughts I regret not researching reviews on other platforms before booking Bulls Removals. This company has demonstrated: • A lack of professionalism. • Disrespect for clients and their belongings. • Poor communication and broken promises.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services.Steer clear of them at ALL COSTS!!!
