Disappointed client

I received a quote from Paul and during our telephonic conversation I asked him if that's the total amount or is there any additional cost. He told me that what he quoted was the cost. On the day of removal I was charged 50 per box athogh I did tell him in advance that I needed 10 boxes. At no stage was it mentioned to me that it's 50 per box. I was also charged R12 a metre for bubble wrap. The total amount was R1500 more than the quote. Had I know this before agreeing to using this company, I may not have used them. I was a bit disappointed. I must however appreciate that all my items were delivered and there were no breakages or damages. In future I think the company must indicate all additional cost and the client can determine whether they need this additional services or not.
