Damaged, lost and ******ion not keeping to agteement very bad customer service.

I booked with Bulls and seemingly they operate under different name house moves and my delivery note was excuss logistic I was quoted R10 500 the day when the truck came i was told R14000.00 I had no choice because no one else would move me at such short notice well then a totally different truck arrived as agreed the i was called and told i need to pay another R1500 because now he had to send another bakkie to collect my stuff now bearing in mind this was on Friday morning the agreement they would deliver on the Wednesday morning in George well we arranged for our our daughter to open up as we would only arrive late the afternoon with our animals well then the trouble started they don't answer the phones none of the numbers exist on normal line any more Paul does not respond Ntombi does not respond only on whatsapp the following day i was told i have to pay R6200. More before they will deliver my goods now I started stressing bearing in mind my husband has several chronic and auto immune diseases we have no bed, squatting in our new place Friday only again I am informed let me see on whatsapp again no response for days and days the following Tuesday I was answered and told Sunday late e they will deliver so now i am so stressed and Wednesday it was now over a week they promised and the lack of communication was now serious as my furniture my whole life was now gone or been held hostage for more money pure ******ion well the Thursday I went to the police they opened a case of theft and ***** and ******ion against this company I proceeded to inform this company and was promised the Saturday morning. Again saturday came and gone nothing so Monday I was back at the police station and one of the detectives phoned them from their personal phone on whatsapp and Ntombi answered she told her that they were onto them and they needed to deliver my stuff before close of bussiness well they did not but all of sudden Paul called me and told me the will be there early Wednesday morning I guess the police did scare them a bit so Wednesday morning came and gone eventually at about eight that evening the truck stopped to deliver my stuff I was informed pay another R4000.00 or they wont deliver well just to get my stuff i did pay but said i would not pay more than R3000.00 which he excepted and it had to be immediate payments now on this truck was someone elses stuff also and this was concerning as nothing was documented well they delivered so many things missing not there and the amount of damaged stuff my LG dishwasher coating R15000 so badly damaged that the dioor can not even open a tv packed in tv box and styrofoam so damaged al my plants dead and damaged well i received my stuff 15 days later and no answer from anyone with regards to my missing stuff and the damages to my furniture they just ignore me. I will now proceed with theft of the stuff that is missing and damage to property and ******ion against this people I WANT TO WARN PEOPLE OUT THERE to not use any of these companies they are fly by night😡
