Bulls Removals (Excuss Logistics ?) Worst Ever . . . . .
Bulls Removals (Excuss Logistics ?), worst ever ! If you want reliable removal company, choose another ! I booked Bulls Removals for 27/10 to be at the Storage at 8:00. I specifically requested for 8:00 I sent multiple e mails to Natasha, I got a confirmation e mail that the truck will be there at 8:00. At 8:30 I get a call informing me that truck has problems. They will be there by 9:00. After about 25 calls to Natasha the receptionist, David the driver, David in Sales and Manager/Supervisor called Promise , the truck FINALLY arrives at 13:00 - 5 hours late !!! accompanied by an apologetic Mr Promise. “So did you not have any replacement trucks in case of emergencies” NO. . . . I had a choice of 6 removal companies to choose from. I regret very much the day I chose Bulls Removals (Excuss Logistics ?). My advise before booking a removal company, read the companies complaints list, I did not, only now I see Bulls Removals have had similar complaints from many other clients !!!
We hearty apologise the experience you had with us. On the day the truck was delayed at a client in Sandton, because the lift at the property developed a fault while our crew was taking stuff from 5th floor. While we understand your frustration, it is our policy to service every client to the last drop of satisfaction no matter how hard it is.
unfortunately, on that day all our trucks we booked elsewhere making it hard to arrange a replacement truck.
