Bulls Removals Complaint

I paid Paul full amount so they can collect my household goods from Durban to Carletonville. The driver collected Saturday afternoon and I was under the impression that they will deliver yesterday morning. Niks and they promised to deliver this morning. Still nothing. Paul is now telling me about the truck strike and that my goods are stuck in their Jhb head office and he is not sure when they will deliver. I took leave from work and if they don't deliver by today I will be in trouble at work. I can't even make myself a simple cup of coffee or iron my work clothes because I am waiting for them to deliver my goods. The way Paul is handling this situation is very annoying and he is very chilled about it. I will never ever use or recommended their services to anyone.
