BULLS REMOVAL ..........BAD NEWS

Guys i have read a few reviews from people that have had a very bad removal experience with BULLS REMOVAL.........my wife got hold of this bunch on the internet which at the time looked reputable and their prices seemed to be fair so we gave them a thumbs up to do my move so my wife went along and contacted Paul to arrange truck sizes and so forth, Paul never asked for an inventory. Telephonically my wife told him what needed to be moved and he came to the conclusion that a 8 ton truck will do the job. I phoned him and arranged time and dates which was the 28th September 2020 and he will be there at 11:00 plus he had to organise 2 shuttle, 1 for Salt Rock and 1 for Mtunzini which he told me will be R600-00 extra which i agreed to. All in all it came to R6400-00. He also was supposed to send 4 people to load. The shuttle was on time....BULLS REMOVAL rocked up at 13:00 with 2 guys that have not got the slightest of clues how to load a truck the truck had Cobra taps written all over....why i don't know. After asking the driver of the truck why Paul sent them so late.......They didn't know who Paul is and that they work for somebody else. They finished loading at 18:45 the night and not everything fitted into the truck meaning that i had to organise a small van at a cost to load the last few things for me. Thinking that the shuttle was going with to load off i was told that he was only to do Salt Rock. I phoned Paul for an explanation and a hell of an argument i had to pay an extra R1600-00..... i had no option but to pay it. The shuttle was then booked and would have arrived at Mtunzini at 21:00 the night to offload..........I disagreed as it was late and that i was keeping his truck overnight to offload the next morning.......Paul gave me attitude and told me that i had to load off the night as he was going to do another trip in the morning bah blah blah blah, i refused. I had to book into a lodge for the night at a cost of R1367-00 just to sleep. Next morning the shuttle only arrives at 11:00 when it should have been there at 06:00. On my next review which is going to follow shortly will be photo's of the damage that was caused.......my lounge sweet arm rest has a 12" tear in it ......my dining room table has been chipped ......my pedestal for my glass top is broken.....my surround sound speakers are broken off from their stands...... besides the torn arm rest of the lounge sweet it was drenched in water and 60 % of the boxes were soaked .......that for a truck that's closed........Paul, i don't know where you fit in with this so called business but i will tell you this much...........You are a ****....the way my move was handled was pathetic....my money was good enough for you........i will never recommend BULLS REMOVAL to anyone......you guys are BAD NEWS.....i only gave the 1 star otherwise you can't continue......absolutely no stars from me.......USELESS
