Breakage to my items.

Damaged my TV asked me to pay R1500 excess fee, when they fetched my TV it was wrapped in a blanket but delivered in a box why change packaging. After going through their reviews I wish I hadn't used them. Honestly I am disappointed as my TV was still new but they honestly don't give a f.. K about handling people's property.
