Bad Service !!!!

I had taken a load with Bulls Removal from JHB - Durban. 1. They were not honest with timelines they took my stuff and said within 5 working days they will be delivering which they dismally failed to do so, they delivered after 3 weeks I am stranded in DBN for 3 weeks without my stuff. 2 Their communication is poor poor they don't answer calls they don't respond to WhatsApp messages once you have paid no updates whatsoever to the client. 3. When my things got there they don't have some of my crucial stuff and its probably week 7/8 now and they cant find my stuff they have lost my stuff and no communication they are still not answering calls and they only respond on WhatsApp when they want to, no updates whatsoever and I still don't have my stuff and no communication is being made to me by them, what a unprofessional business. I really hope this comment will help someone out there stay away!!!
