Bulls Eye Liers

I bought a car from these guys 3 months ago with a problem on the right front as soon as i Left Pretoria to go to Welkom via the highway i reported this problem immediately to Vaughan the Sales manager i bought the car from and he said i should take the car to a place so they can check whats wrong

So i took the Car on Monday and they saw that the right front shock is shot so they changed the shock thinking that the problem will be solved not to be so i phone them again saying to them that the problem is still the same so Vaughan said he will send some to get car and they will try to fix it

So they had my car for a week and a half and told me its a loose shock and the people that fitted the shock does not know what they doing and so forth so they send the car back and as soon as i drive the car the problem is still there i phone Vaughan immediately again telling him the problem is still not solved and he toled me it cant be they drove the car and nothing is wrong

So i emailed MFC where the car is financed to tell them i want to cancel the contract with these guys and then this ****y Chris guy from Bulls Eye Auto phones me telling me he wont cancel the contract but i as the buyer have 6 month to cancel if things are not fixed so this guy tells me he wont cancel the contract and i can come thru on my own expense and show them the problem once again that has come since i bought the car from them

This Chris is a big fat lier to tell me its all about the 3 R before you can cancel a contract but he is unwilling to do antlything about the problem

I would like to know what to do as i still have 3 month before my 6months is over these guys are playing for time

i will take the car thru to them but i will drive it right thru there showroom into Chris office
