Salary not being paid

I have for the company for nearly five months,i have resigned due to shortage of my salary during December period and the fact they were giving me less that i was suppose to get.After i resigned i have worked for full 15 days and my Mileage money for December time.When i phoned they don't pick the phone and they emailed me telling me i should go to CCMA apparently they always win their cases.
