Very poor service delivery

You have become just another security company, an average Joe. Non existent communication and very poor service delivery from the technical team. Our security is left vulnerable after work done on our alarm system and no one shows up to fix your own mess. Since you expanded our biggest fear was that you will be biting off alot more than you can chew and exactly that has happened.
