Bull terminates your service although full payment was made

person in accounts does not do her job.We have been with Bull for many years.According to her we haven't paid for last month and this month.So they terminated our service!!!.My bank statements proof that payment was made for last month and this month...they wont even pick up the phone to let you know there might be a problem on their side...they just terminate your service behind your back, even though i sent a mail to say that payment was made and that they must check on their side!!...so if your family's life is in danger..they'll probably refuse to come and assist if there's an alarm/attack at your home Pathetic service!!
