Bull Security Elardus Park - Bad installation and service

In June 2017 Bull Security did a risk analysis of my property in Rietvalleirand, Chante Villas. They insisted on installing 5 Beams(Paradox PMD 85) outside with only one Paradox eye in the house. They stated it would be impossible for the intruders to enter the yard and house without being picked up by the beams and eye. On 13 June 2018 after 4:00am 2 intruders entered the premises without being picked up by any beam, entered the house as well without being picked up by the one eye in the house which was supposed to pick all areas and stole R35000 worth of electronics. It took 7min for them to respond to the panic button. We phoned them to come and re-assess the beams etc but never accepted the appointment and never pitched up on the 16th. On the 17th the alarm went off just after 5 in the morning and up to now no one has phoned to confirm everything was fine. I phoned them on 18th again to speak to Mr French, he said he needed time to inspect the situation and premises because he could not understand why it was not done by his people after the intrusion. Still no reply after I phoned today again for feedback. Is a Paradox MG5050 Wireless system suppose to only come out with one eye?
