Atrocious service from Bull Security!

I have been a client of Bull Security for 5 / 6 years. I have changed banking details and informed Bull that I prefer paying by EFT. This morning I received a call from Bull Security, but unfortunately I could not answer as I am attending training.... 2 min later I received an email from Dina (Admin/finance) lady to inform me that they are terminating my services. Please note that I have been happily paying this fee even though I dont have an alarm that is working, so I always feel "safe" as I can phone them if I hear something in time... I guess I will have move to Brinant Security. It's scary that they take your money happily every month, but they know your alarm doesnt work .. SOMETIMES WHEN THEY GET TOOOOO BIG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! SAD
