Bulk SMS - no ethics

We have been using Bulk SMS for around 8 years.

We are very good customers and recently increased our use of the service.

I have now discovered that it says delivered on the application but when you get a system report it shows that half actually failed. So they are blatantly lying to their customers. I am appalled by the lack of assistance with this.
