Gone downhill - very sad

I have ordered through Bulk Epsom salts for 5 years which I believe is soon after the company started. Always been a pleasure but clearly as they have grown and got more staff in, the service is far from what it started as and having not had anything but the automated response to my latest purchase 10 days ago, I am unimpressed. Won't be getting my spend in future - there is plenty of competition.
