Poor Work Quality

1 star.. For being punctual. These guys took me for 23k...for Construction of a carport thats costing me mkre to fix as the foreman uses poor quality material.. Inadequate and ill experience staff. No response to messages.. The entire project is a **** storm as my gutter system has put more water IN my garage than outside. The structure is incorrectly angles and carries so much water. They used old bolts from a previous structure and used it on a new installation... They made an ******* joint on timber which now has to be corrected at my cost.. The Foreman. KNOWLEDGE refuses to come out and has been notified 2 months ago.. Do not use this company for anything.. I've pleaded with this guy to come and fix he's work issues but he failed to even let me know how soon he can come he just reads my messages and does not respond. Pure **** service and poor quality materials used..
